Traders often place orders using limits, stops, algorithms, or long sequences of orders that can remain active for days or even weeks, continuing to execute as market conditions change. However, certain economic and political events—such as unemployment figures, central bank decisions, or Non-Farm Payroll releases—can trigger sudden and extreme market volatility. During these periods, traders may want to temporarily step away from execution without cancelling carefully constructed strategies or working orders. To address this, we introduced Blackout periods, giving traders the ability to pause all working orders with a single action and resume trading when market conditions stabilise. The feature provides a controlled way to manage short-term volatility risk while preserving the trader’s existing strategy and order setup. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/67b62ecd-ac55-44d6-bb54-73ef372d0111/Blackout+1.png SGXFX - Case Studies - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/ec0c5fa7-ed3d-4cd4-b464-8020eb7ed035/Blackout+2.png SGXFX - Case Studies - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/72f282e0-29d3-4c42-98a0-96243cf99799/Watchlist+trade+hero+IMG.png SGXFX - Case Studies - Overview MultiFX was originally designed as a dedicated desktop trading environment, where institutional traders could operate in a stable, focused workspace. When we began designing the mobile experience, our initial assumption was that mobile should primarily support monitoring and risk management rather than live execution. However, user feedback challenged that assumption. Traders wanted to take their desktop watchlist with them and, when necessary, execute real trades directly from their mobile device. This led us to rethink the role of mobile—not simply as a companion to the desktop platform, but as a fully connected trading environment that could support execution when traders were away from their desk. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/076b7ff9-16f4-4706-a52b-3d299f874ea9/Watchlist+Trade+1.png SGXFX - Case Studies - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/8dc23fe7-4e4c-4256-8c58-716f284748c5/Watchlist+Trade+2.png SGXFX - Case Studies - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://video.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/198df8a7-fabc-4f03-a2da-8e1d8ea1b2ee/playlist.m3u8 https://video.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/198df8a7-fabc-4f03-a2da-8e1d8ea1b2ee/thumbnail SGXFX - Case Studies SGXFX - Case Studies https://video.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/3bec9a42-2bd1-44db-856f-05748f39c37a/playlist.m3u8 https://video.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5272abe8e4b06a68b9cdf0f6/3bec9a42-2bd1-44db-856f-05748f39c37a/thumbnail SGXFX - Case Studies SGXFX - Case Studies http://maxmartinetti.info/store daily 0.75
